Who's Here and Profile Visibility
Registered attendees may receive access to a “Who's Here” directory for their salon. Depending on profile settings, it may display name, profile photo, business or title, Elemental Leadership Style, social links and other information the attendee has chosen to make visible.
Attendees may not scrape, sell, publish or use directory information for unsolicited marketing.
Sponsor Data Sharing
During registration, an attendee may separately choose to allow Intentiovation Growth Collective, LLC to share their name and email address with sponsors associated with that specific salon.
Sponsor sharing is optional and is not required to purchase a ticket or participate. Without affirmative opt-in, an attendee is not included in a sponsor-contact export.
We do not share registration answers, dietary or allergy information, phone number, account credentials, private profile information, payment details or other attendee data with sponsors for their independent marketing.
Sponsors receiving opted-in information may contact attendees about relevant offers, events, products or services. Sponsor use is also subject to the sponsor's privacy and legal obligations.
An attendee may withdraw permission for future sharing by contacting camille@intentiovation.com. Withdrawal prevents new disclosures by Intentiovation but may not retrieve information already provided to a sponsor. Attendees may unsubscribe directly from sponsor communications.
Other Service Providers and Disclosures
We may share information with service providers supporting payment processing, hosting, databases, authentication, email, analytics, file storage, security and fraud prevention.
We may disclose information when required by law; to protect users, attendees, rights, property or safety; to investigate fraud or security incidents; in connection with a business transfer; or with the user's direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Event Photography
Salons may be photographed or recorded. Images may appear inside salon Rooms, on the website, on social media or in promotional materials.
Attendees may notify the host if they do not wish to be intentionally photographed or featured. Removal of an identifiable image under Intentiovation's control may be requested at camille@intentiovation.com. We will make reasonable efforts to honor requests but cannot guarantee removal from printed materials, independent attendee posts or content outside our control.
User-Submitted Content
A person submitting photographs or other content represents that they own it or have permission to submit it and that the submission does not violate another person's rights. Submissions may be reviewed, approved, rejected, resized or removed.
We may send necessary transactional messages concerning purchases, registrations, accounts, security, event details and Room access.
Promotional emails will include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional messages.
Retention and Security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to operate accounts and Rooms, maintain transaction and attendance records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting requirements.
We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no website, database, email system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Choices and Requests
Users may request access, correction or deletion of certain information; adjust profile visibility; withdraw future sponsor-sharing permission; or unsubscribe from promotional email.
Some records may be retained for transactions, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or legitimate business purposes.
Requests may be sent to camille@intentiovation.com. Identity verification may be required.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. Independent account creation and ticket purchasing require the user to be at least 18. Events involving alcohol are limited to attendees meeting applicable legal drinking-age requirements.
Third Parties
Sponsor sites, social platforms, payment services and external links are governed by their own policies. Intentiovation is not responsible for third-party privacy, security, availability or content.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or within the website.
