Terms of Use

Effective September 1, 2026

These Terms govern use of afounderssalon.com, CEO After Hours, A Founder's Salon, associated salon Rooms and related services operated by Intentiovation Growth Collective, LLC.

By using the website, creating an account, purchasing or accepting a ticket, or entering a Room, the user agrees to these Terms.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 to independently create an account or purchase a ticket. Attendees must be at least 21 and present valid identification to consume alcohol. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee alcohol service.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, maintain secure credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Room access is personal and may not be shared.

Tickets and Registrations

Each ticket is for one named attendee and is connected to that person's registration, email, account and Room access.

Tickets may not be duplicated, fraudulently used, shared as account access, or resold above their original purchase price. Complimentary, sponsor and manually added registrations remain subject to these Terms.

Ticket purchases are subject to the Event, Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Policy.

Room and Directory Access

Registration unlocks gated content only for the applicable salon. Archived Room availability is not guaranteed permanently.

“Who's Here” information exists to support genuine attendee connection. It may not be scraped, harvested, published, sold, added to marketing lists without permission, or used for harassment or unsolicited commercial solicitation.

Conduct

Users and attendees may not harass, threaten, discriminate, secretly record private conversations, aggressively solicit, disrupt an event, compromise safety or privacy, or submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or deceptive content.

Intentiovation may remove a participant or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect attendees or the experience. Serious violations may result in removal without refund.

Conversation and Confidentiality

Attendees may share their own learning and reflections but should not identify another attendee or disclose that person's sensitive personal or business information without permission.

Attendees remain responsible for information they voluntarily disclose.

Photography

Events may be photographed or recorded. Attendees may notify the host if they do not wish to be intentionally featured and may request removal of identifiable content under Intentiovation's control.

Attendees may not secretly record private conversations or use another person's image commercially without appropriate permission.

Submitted Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting content, they grant Intentiovation a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, resize, display and distribute it as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant salon experience.

The submitter represents that they possess the rights and permissions needed to provide the content.

Intellectual Property

The website, brand identity, materials, frameworks, logos and original content are owned by or licensed to Intentiovation Growth Collective, LLC. This includes CEO After Hours, A Founder's Salon, Elemental Leadership Styles™ and related materials where applicable.

Materials may not be copied, sold, reproduced, taught, published or used in derivative commercial products without permission.

Sponsors

Sponsors are independent businesses. Sponsor participation does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Intentiovation.

If an attendee separately opts in, Intentiovation may share that attendee's name and email address with sponsors associated with that salon. Declining sponsor communications will not prevent ticket purchase or participation.

Sponsor communications, offers, products, websites, claims and privacy practices remain the responsibility of the sponsor.

Educational Disclaimer

Salon conversations and materials are educational and community-based. They are not legal, medical, mental-health, tax, investment, financial or individualized professional advice.

Availability and Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website, Rooms or third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intentiovation will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from platform use, event attendance, attendee or sponsor interactions, or reliance on salon content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

We may suspend accounts, registrations or Room access for fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing, security threats, harassment, misuse of attendee data or material policy violations. Termination does not automatically create a refund right.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes will be brought in an appropriate Georgia court unless applicable law requires otherwise.
